A twelve-gauge shotgun at the heart put an end to the life of Mauro Tecchio, 52, second husband of Stefania Palma, mother of Valentino Rossi.
He was found lying on his bed with his gun beside him and a pillow on his chest to cushion the blow. He also switched the television. Nobody among the inhabitants of the district, would hear the shot.
